When you contact National Window to make an in-home appointment, you will receive a prompt response. A representative will call to schedule a time that is convenient for you.

During the appointment you can expect:

• A National Window representative with proper I.D. will arrive on-time.
• A company presentation will be made about our qualifications.
• Information will be provided about products and your choices.
• Warranties will be explained.
• An expert evaluation will be made of your current windows, as well as entry doors and/or siding if you are interested.
• Recommendations will be given for repairs and/or replacement.
• You will receive an immediate, free estimate.
• Financing options will be discussed.
• If you are still comparing contractors, a follow-up appointment can be scheduled.
• If you are ready to hire us, a contract containing all the specifications will be signed by both parties.

After the appointment you can expect:

Your project will be started within 10 days of obtaining a building permit from your town, and completed within 1-2 days. (Weather permitting.)
